Matters relating to your purchase — including payment processing, billing, refunds, course access, and delivery — are handled by Kajabi in accordance with Kajabi's policies. Any dispute regarding a course purchase, payment, or refund should first be directed to us as the seller of the course, but may also be subject to Kajabi's platform policies.
